Top of worksheet out of reach

Hi

My worksheet is stuck on the screen in a position so high that I cannot reach the top rows nor the frame at the top by which I grab it and move it around.


Full screen view presents the same problem.

Closing and reopening the file leaves it in the same position.

A partial screenshot is attached to illustrate the problem.

How can I get this sheet back to where I can control it normally?

Window > Arrange > Vertical, then maximize.
