Formula to refer data from other sheet with multiple criteria

    Hi All,

Can anyone pls help me in the enclosed requirement..

What I need is, the column "TAT as per SLA" should get filled based on the input given in the "Position" & "Resource Requirement" column, by reffering the sheet "SLA (in days)" .

    Enclosed a example file.

    Regards,

    One possibility

you could also use SUMIF with an INDEX

You would be best served adjusting B1:D1 on your SLA sheet such that the values are numbers (0,10,15).
At which point you can dispense with the in line array in the 2nd match and replace with references to table headers.

    Hello,

change the cell values in Sheet 'SLA (in days)' B1 to D1 to be

    0 | 10 | 15

Numbers only. Then you can use in H2
