If these cells equal this one here, sumif! NOT

Excel is beating me up today. Another overly complex worksheet!

So I need to enter adjustments to some data in rows 1 through 6. Then, I want a formula to take the raw data (from wksht "SchPerf") and then factor my adjustments.

Getting Excel to multiply and then sum the two sets of data in "SchPerf" was simple, but getting Excel to apply the adjustments ... baffles me.

I only want rows 19 and on to factor a certain type of adjustment I intend to enter in rows 2 through 6, and that is adjustments of the type "SchPerf" as opposed to "Fleet".

The sheet I speak of is attached; the formula I ache of is highlighted.

Any ideas guys? I'm buying drinks for the solution!

    Here, try this:

    =SchPerf!C5*B11+SchPerf!N5*N11-SUMIFS(F2:F5, E2:E5, B19, B2:B5, "SchPerf")

(Only for XL 2007 and newer)

Thanks a million...ZILLION actually. How can I repay you?

And how do I change the thread's status to SOLVED?

I was unaware of SUMIFS. Thank god my office just upgraded to 2010 or I woulda been up a creek.
