    Help with Excel Solver

I have included my homework question and the results I have come up with only to try and be as specific as possible to get the best help I can and save anyone trying to answer this a headache.

    Here is the question:

Two television stations compete with each other for viewing audience. Local programming options for the 5:00 P.M. weekday time slot include a sitcom rerun, an early news program, or a home improvement show. Each station has the same programming options and must make its preseason program selection before knowing what the other television station will do. The viewing audience gains in thousands of viewers for Station A are shown in the payoff table. Determine the optimal strategy for each station. What is the value of the game?

Here is the answer I have so far:
    Sitcom rerun pa1 10 -5 -3
    News Program pa2 8 7 6
    Home improvement pa3 10 8 7

I found the rowmin, maxmin, maximum, minimum and have these equations:
    10PA1+8PA2+4PA3-GAINA>0
    -5PA1+7PA2+8PA3-GAINA>0
    3PA1+6PA2+7PA3-GAINA>0
    PA1+PA2+PA3=1

My question is: How do I use excel solver to come up with the solution for all of this?
I am supposed to get four values for pa1, pa2, p3, and gain a and I have no idea how to do this and my teacher makes no sense when explaining how to solve this through excel.

Must say I also do have a problem understanding your question. Perhaps you could post a workbook?

    Looking at line
    10PA1+8PA2+4PA3-GAINA>0
    Should it not be
    10PA1+8PA2+10PA3-GAINA>0
    and
    3PA1+6PA2+7PA3-GAINA>0
    should perhaps be
    -3PA1+6PA2+7PA3-GAINA>0
