Pivot Table Issue

Sorry im quite new to use pivot table please help .

I have approx 10,000 customers who have mulitple vehicles, i need to track how many customers have muliple vehicle and which year or how many years differnce they purchased and the model ?im using a pivot table !!

like above we have this customer Zubaidha Al Suwaidi who has 2 differnt chassis purchased in 2004 and 2001 , all i m trying to find in a sheet of more than 10,000 , which customer repurchased more chassis and during which year and how many ...hope this is clear !

sorry im having a hard time doing the attachment part , can you copy it to an excel sheet same format !

Try this one.

yes thts how i want the data , the last column must show the largst to smlst or vice versa, but if i try to filter dat it says to move data

Hi, try this one. you can change the filter from cell A4.

Please always post our examples or data in attachment as Excel file for quick reply.

thanks so much rakesh , uv been of great help , im able to filter , but unable to sort from largest to smallest ! or vice versa , the sheet tht you sent shows to filter , thst perfect , but i choose anything greater than 1 so its shows all vehicles more , now i need to sort from 2, 3, 4 etc .

Anythign on this please !
