    capturing data from websites

if i want to capture data from a webpage and import into excel 2010 i can
select Data > From Web > type in address > Import and the data will appear in my spreadsheet, quite simple , but my problem is the web page i want to import data from has an ID number and i would like to capture data from all possible IDs
    made up example
    http://www.speedrater.com/form.aspx?id=90591
How can i import data from all the possible IDs= 1 to 90591
or at least a range of more recent data say from IDs= 90000 to 90591
Is this possible ,it would really be of great help to me, thanks
I am a relative beginner to excel trying to discover new ways it can help me
