Excel 2007 : Converting Numbers into Time

=INT(A1)&"."&INT(((A1)-INT(A1))*60)

I am using this equation to change a decimal number i.e. 15.9 into mins and seconds i.e. 15.54. This equation seems to work.

I am trying to work out my pace (minuites/mile) and keep the time in mm:ss

A1= 15.54 (the time it takes to do 3.1 miles) and A2= 3.1 (The amount of miles)

=INT(A1/A2)&"."&INT(((A1/A2)-INT(A1/A2))*60)

This equation works for this, I think. But what I really want to know is how to work out a percentage of this pace. I.e. I want to know my pace (min/mile) if I were to run at 60% effort.

Does anyone know how to adapt the equation to achieve this?
