    Question Breakdown Months-to-Days-Hours & Back?

    Hi,

    I'm seeking a way to breakdown Months-to-Days-Hours & Back.

For example, if I have a project between:

    04/2003 & 11/2003, I can determine the months being 7 months with:

=DATEDIF(Z20,Z21,"m") or any other type of formula

Now, I"m seeking formulas to break the duration down to weeks & hours.

Once, I have this, I have another area in which I will fill in estimated hours.

From the results above, I will need to subtract the months, weeks & hours respectively to determine how much more I need to claim.

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Jason

See if the attached helps. It takes two dates and calculates the weeks and hours between them.

    Hi MarvinP,

You are awsome!! Other finding the difference between 2 dates (mm/yyyy) & breaking this down, this exactly what I need. I think I can figure out on how to do this.

    Thank you very much....

I hate building a bunch of data for people, so Randbetween lets me test my formulas.
Yep - I hate to type and would much rather be sneeky.
