all formulas quit working

I don't know what happened to my workbook, I use it on a daily basis, I enter the data as normal, but the formula doesn't work. The formula is there in the cell but no calculation. If I highlight the formula and press enter it works-this time. I have to repeat everytime I enter data.

I hope it is something I have clicked on/off by mistake.

I appreciate the help!

Hi,

You almost certainly have calculation set to manual in your options.

As your profile doesn't say what version of Excel your using, I'm afraid I can't point you at the appropriate menu, but the help file should direct you correctly.

I checked options, it was set to automatic. I clicked the box for calculate now, it is working again. Thanks a lot for the help.

Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
