Smile Making Two Drop down choices work together to fill data

I will try my best to describe what I want to do.

I have two drop down menus and i would like to create a formula that can preform and action when a combination of choices from each drop down menu is choosen.

    Here is my example.

    Drop down menu #1
    Named: Cleaning1
List: Carpet Cleaning, Tile and Grout, Buffing, Striping and Waxing

    Drop Down menu #2
    Named: General
    List: Residential, Commecial

What I want to happen, if Carpet Cleaning is picked from list one along with Residential from list two I want the formula to pull data from Spot A.

So what I am getting at is that with any combination of items choosen from each list, i want to be able to direct the formula to retrieve data from different sheets and cells.

I hope this makes sense to someone and they can tell me what it is called so I can learn how to do it.

    Thanks,
