    Calculate based on multiple criteria

    I have a spreadsheet where I’m trying to do some analysis based on Age, Plan Code and gender. In the attached spreadsheet on the analysis tab in column G, I am trying to create a formula that will calculate this for me. The table of data in the factor tab. In cell G2 on the analysis tab I manually inputted the results I'm looking for.

    Any suggestions?
