Data table with 2 rows of inputs

I am wondering if it's possible to setup a data table like this:

row 1 is the reference data table input
row 2 is the "row" input
row 3 is the "column" input
row 4 is the calc'd data table value

essentially this is a 2 variable data table but id like the row/column inputs all in rows. possible or not? thank you in advance.

Well, sure, it's possible. But what are you going to do with it once you've set it up? That will dictate whether this is a workable format for this particular data.

Your description is a little sketchy. What is the "reference data table input" in the first row? What is row/column "input"--is that a row number and column number of some sort (the two variables)? How is row 4 calculated?
