View Data Based On Multiple Matching Criteria

Based on the sample below, I have a list of several people "A", and their score is in column "B". I want to know if a person in column "A" has the same value every time in column "B". And, if the above is true, what is the score.

For example, in the sample I know Joe in column "A" has a score of 9 in column "B" every time. Therefore where I put this formula I would like to display a 9. Where for Jim in the sample, there would be no value since his scores are not the same.

This may give you an idea. You said, "therefore where I put this formula I would like to display a 9" but you didn't say where you put the formula, or show that in your file. I assumed you had another list somewhere with the names listed one time each.
