I have a sheet where in i am inputting data in to 5/6 columns and there could be many rows (List kind of).
Ex:
Sno. Activity Actor Remarks1 Remarks2
1 xyz Ken dddddddd eeeeee
2 abc Sys rrrrrrrrrrrrr sssssss
3
4
5
So from the above data whenever i input "Sys" under "Actor" column, The entire row no 2 has to be copied to another sheet (say Sheet2). and it should copy/append all the rows where ever Actor = "Sys" to Sheet 2.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.
If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.
Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!

I would use a macro
without the merged cells you could Adapt the an array formula
