calculate age (retire date)

Hi All
Calculate age works ok but when trying to work out retirement date in rows A3&A4 age is out by one day taken in to account for leap years Formular [=SUM(B2+365.25*65-1)] in column D [-1] for retire one day before 65th birthday easy way is to remove [-1] from these cells but with 170 staff & this sheet handed to admin is there a way round this
row A4 D,O,B 29/06/1947 -retirement date should be 28/06/2012
