Compare Data in Two Column and Report Differences

Excel 2010

I have data in two different databases that i need to compare and report the differences. I can export to excel and cut n paste the part numbers in two columns.

Now I need to find part numbers in column "B" that are NOT in column "A" and visa versa.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated. there are over 5,000 items in each column.

ABC ABC
AEG ADB
ADB CDA

Here is Column A and Column B
As you can see CDA is NOT in column A and AEG is NOT in Column B

Need to identify the differences.

We could create two new columns.
Column C contains items from Column A that are NOT in B
Column D contains items from Column B that are NOT in A

This aught to be clear as mud.
