Is there a way to replicate the print headers and footers from one sheet to others?

Do you mean when a new sheet is added or into existing sheets?

The simplest way would be

I thought he was referring to a header row on a Table based on the linked post

Seems to me that should help you with what you are asking, or am I missing something?

Have you tried keeping a sheet with the basic data required as a template?

Then rather than inserting a new sheet and copying to it, just copy the Template Sheet and rename the new sheet as required.
This template could be in a separate workbook, I know a few people who keep a special workbook for storing templates and just copy the whole sheet to where-ever they require it.
