    Losing Formulas after Live Office Update

    In advance let me thank all who help or try to help.

    I am developing a benchmark report that the data is refreshed via Live Office. I have the cells E11:L44 Data Entry referencing the reported data on the Spec Rate Repair Hours sheet. Everything works fine till I change the Dept or date range I am running the report on. Then I get a #REF error for cells that had data before but are blank now. It forgets the formula that was in the cell. Can some body tell me how to prevent or correct this issue. Attached are samples of the two files.

    Any and all help will be appreciated.
