Build new list -copying entire registry- meeting specific criteria from another list

Hi guys, I've been trying to wrap my head around this with no success.

What I need is to fill a new list(actually 2: Positive and Negative feedback) depending on whether the registry(row) to be copied of the original list matches the condition of the new list(For the Positive: Grade given must be Higher or equal to 4 and lower or equal to 5. And for the Negative: Grade given must be Higher or equal to 1 and lower than 4.) and copy the values located in 3 different columns from the registry to form said new list.

Kinda complicated. Might be easier if you see the attached file. On the first Sheet you'll find the raw data (original list) and on the second Sheet you'll find two sets of lists as they should appear. This second sheet is the result I want to achieve automatically.

Do you think you can help me?!
