How do I rearrange/reorder 100s of fields without manual drag?

How to rearrange the order of fields in Excel/spreadsheet?

For example, the order I currently have:
    Name:
    Phone:
    Email:
    Address:
    Fax:
    Website:

    But I want:
    Name:
    Address:
    Phone:
    Fax:
    Email:
    Website:

The problem is there are MANY entries in that order, and I CANNOT manually drag rows one by one.

    slighly less involved
with list in column a starting a1 in col b numberthe first lot
    in the order you want

    Name: 1
    Phone: 3
    Email: 5
    Address: 2
    Fax: 4
    Website: 6
then in b7 put =a1+6 and drag down to end of list
    sort by col b
