Deleting Rows Based on Specific Data

I have a spreadsheet that has multiple rows of data. Where duplicates occur in column A, the rows are separated by a blank row creating groups of duplictaes.

    Example:

    100
    100

    200

    300
    300
    300

There are 9 columns of data. In column F, if the year 2011 appears in that column I want the group deleted. So if the 100 and 200 group above had the 2011 in one cell in column F, they would get deleted but the 300 would remain. Is there any simple way to do this? Any further explanation needed? Thanks.

    Hi.
    Try this.
Assumed that "F" column holds year numbers, not dates
