Importing Text File Data into Correct Excel Columns Help

    Hello

I am trying to enter data from a long list of data in a text file into their appropriate columns in excel.

For example the text file looks like this: (This is only part of the long text file, and this isn't the actual data just a sample)
    DBV:012
    "RTX:ZZ #NAME1"
    VIN:000003
    VIN:000003
    ConfidNum:0123
    CADCARSNum:012345
    EOR:

    DBV:0123
    "RTX:ZZ #NAME2"
    VIN:000004
    VIN:000004
    ConfidNum:01234
    CADCARSNum:0123456
    EOR:

I need to take the data from this text file and put them into excel columns so that they fall under these categories:

    DBV#_______Name(RTX)_____Confid#_______Cars#
    0123--------------Name1---------------0123----------------012345
    01234------------Name2---------------01234---------------0123456
I don't know if there is programming involved to do this or if there is a way through excel to figure it out. I've been playing around all day and can't seem to get it right.

    Thanks!
