List unique values

I have 254 rows of information. One column in the rows are the cities the address is located in.

Starting in row 256 in the column with the cities I want to list all the unique cities.
So Row 256 would say - Atlanta,
257- Birmingham,etc, etc
until all the unique cities are listed.

Is there an easy way to do this?
