YY axis completely off

Hello,

I've made a X-Y scatter chart and, for some reason, the YY axis "refuses" to display its actual numbers and instead, presents a whole bunch of repeating, from top to bottom, 000,000,000,002, see attached file please. Decreasing the decimal points doesn't do any good, just turns the yy axis into 002, for instance.

Any ideas?
