2 lists of coordinates. I wanna find the closest

I got 2 lists of coordinates, like this:

List 1
Points X Y
A 30 57
B 60 73
C 57 70
D 45 62
E 80 60

List 2
Points X Y
F 30 57
G 60 73
H 57 70
I 45 62
J 80 60

I need to find the closest points of each list.
Im not good at excel...
someone have a clue?
