Bar chart secondary axis

hi you clever monkeys...

am not feeling it today so thought I'd widen the sphere of participation..

Attached is a chart...3 legends on the x axis (2 bars each). data series on 1 of the legends is markedly higher than the other 2 and has therefore compressed the data in the lower value legends to practical invisibility.
Can someone show me some love by providing me pls...would like the smaller legends scaled on a secondary access on the right in the same format as the one on the left...have looked at MS Help and the manual but no details or just too confusing OR am feeling right blonde today...
