Try:
=NOT(EXACT(F15,F10))
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Hi, I'm now trying to extend the formula to cover an entire row. How would I adapt it so that:
If F15 does not match F10, then F15 is yellow. If G15 does not match G10, then G15 is yellow. If H15 does not match H10, then H15 is yellow. And so on....

You can copy the F15 and then select the other cells to colour and right click Paste Special and select Formats.
