    Thumbs up Help with COUNTIFS and VLOOKUP

    I have no idea on how can I count the total types of printers for different buildings, as the example attached. anyone, please help me!!

    Try:

    =COUNTIFS(PRINTERS!$A$2:$A$11,$A2,PRINTERS!$B$2:$B$11,TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(B$1,"Printer","")))

    copied down and to next column
