# Messing with percentages

1. ## Messing with percentages

Hello Excel forum friends.

I wondered if someone could possibly assist with the attached.
I have 2 figures - Average Call A and Average Call B.
I need to put a 'rating' to the performance of call B. If it is 10% or more less than call A, the score should be 100%, if it is between 5-10% it should score 75%, if it is equal to 5% less it should score 50%. If it is above equal it should score 0.

I hope this makes sense and thanks in advance for the usual support that I receive.

One approach:

3. ## Re: Messing with percentages

Thanks very much, however, if I get an equal value I get 0 and I am looking to get 50% if it is between equal and 5%. How can I amend this so in the future if I decide to change it to say 0%, 25%, 50%, 100% etc?
Many thanks

Andrew

A small modification to the lookup vectors in the function, like this:

``Please Login or Register to view this content.``
Cheers,
