On daily basis, I need to perform the following:
1. Analyse data on many reports which control by me and
2. Update many worksheets which control by other user.

For No. 1
In order to save time and extract only the data I need, I create XML map and import them accordingly to the workbook (a) to do the analyse.

For No. 2
I just need to open workbook (b), (c), (d), key in the data from workbook (a) to the designated cell and proceed with printing on what I have inputted.

Can any one please advice and help me to improve the process for No. 2 task as below:
i. auto Input data to the designated cell in workbook (b), (c), (d) from workbook (a) according with the same date on both workbooks and without open the workbook (b), (c), (d).

ii. And how to print out and save without open the workbook (b), (c), (d).
