    Formulae Reference Issue

I am linking into another worksheet that has data for months shown vertically. In my my new sheet, I want to display the information horizonally but must use links. Basically, I need to increase my row reference without increasing my column reference.

    Example:

    Sheet 1: Sheet 2:
    A B A B C
1 Jan 12 Jan Feb Mar
    2 Feb 22 ='[Sheet1]$B1=12
    3 Mar 15

When I copy/paste into B+C nothing changes and it returns the same value.

    Any ideas?

    Re: Formulae Reference Issue

    Try:

    =INDEX(Sheet1!$B$1:$B$12,COLUMNS($A$1:A$1))

adjust the range to suit and copy across...
Where there is a will there are many ways.
