Min/ max/medium if

Hi,
For some time now I have tried to combine the MIN function with an IF function without success. I've read several threads on the topic but nothing seems to answer my questions.

My tables looks like this:

I have a table with a lot of horizontal values A, B, C etc
Each value is associated with a time. The same values A, B, C are repeated several times however are done at different occasions hence have different finish times

Vertical: A, B, C, D (text values)
Horizontal: MIN, MAX, MEDIUM, MEDIAN, TYPEVALUE
This table was made to find all the MIN, MAX, MEDIUM etc. values for each text value. I.e. find the MIN times for all A:s, for all B:s etc.
(this table is located in a separate tab to simplify things.

Do you know how to set this up? There are several thousand rows so I cant split it up manually..

MIN/MAX/etc of what column? Duration?

Here is Pivot table for all, except MEDIAN...

(If Duration time is issue)
