Excel 2007 : Extract Data from Website

Hi,

I'm trying to extract data from a website (tabled). I tried using the web query option but its not letting me choose the info i needed . Need help. I'm using excel 2007.

I am looking for a similar problem, trying to use Get external Data using VBA Macros, but unable to source the data that i require... Please let me know if you are able to find a solution.
