Copy data into different rows and leave predetermined number of rows blank

    Gurus

I want to copy data into rows going down in my spreadsheet but leave a predetermined number of rows blank.

    Please see attached sample spreadsheet.

Seems simple enough but I am stumped!!!

Shouldn't your workbook show a BEFORE/AFTER scenario? This just shows a layout, where are these starting values to layout this way coming from. Update the sample to show BEFORE/AFTER, please.
