    Tricky Sorting Question

I have attached a sample excel file.

I am looking to sort column 2 to match column 1, if possible. Do I need a macro? VLOOKUP seems to work to show duplicates but I would like something to actually move and sort the colors to match each other.

I have other data that is very large. This is just a small example.

Thank you for any and all help!!
