Change colour of a row with respect to Text/colour of a adjacent cell

Hello There,

I have been going crazy with this issue. I'm a beginner with the VB and Formulas. I want to color rows with regard to either the color in the cell on the last column/Text of that cell.
I've enclosed the excel sheet herewith.

Hello Dom,

My apologies for the delay.

Allow me to explain, I've made this as a common tracker for everybody in the team to help with their case work. Well all I'm simply looking for is for the columns to replicate the colour shown in the column 'H'. If you observe I've grouped the Column H from row 3 until 7. As those I want to auto populate when I start keying in the latest update. I have also validated each of the specific rows from H3- H9 with different colour backgrounds. What I now need to be done is simply to replicate the entire row from A-G with the same colour of row H... now this can be unique to each update. Can you please help me on how I could do this.
