Building a cost calculator

Hi all

I am trying to build a fixed cost of travel calculator in Excel 2011. I have a table full of data that i want to base the calculator on.

I want people to be able to enter how much their car cost and how far they drive each year. Then, based on the combination of these inputs, I want the calculator to return a figure from the table of data that I have.

I have uploaded a screen shot of the data.

please help!
