Creat top 10 list?

I have an excel sheet ranging from 3000 to 6000 cells long, the cells are mainly text. What I am wanting to do is to have a top ten reoccurring words list for one of the collumns, I can get the number 1 most common word, but I just cannot work out how to find the other 9 most common words, I would say that I am ******* my hair out in frustration, but I am already bald.

I can get the number 1 word using the following:

=INDEX(A1:A27,MATCH(MAX(INDEX(COUNTIF(A1:A27,A1:A27),0)),INDEX(COUNTIF(A1:A27,A1:A27),0),0))

Is there anyway I can alter this to find all the top ten common words.

Does my second solution (beside PT) work?
