hyperlink to hits from excel formula

I have a spreadsheet where I am doing a bunch pof formulas to display totals from a rax sheet on another formatted summary view sheet.

Example formulas:
COUNT=COUNTIFS(USPS_Open!U:U,"Civilian",USPS_Open!K:K,"01 - Understand Customer")
SUM=SUMIFS(USPS_Open!I:I,USPS_Open!K:K,"01 - Understand Customer",USPS_Open!U:U,"Civilian")

The summary sheet is a formatted sheet with a bunch of the COUNT and SUM values. The question I have is, is it possible to make the COUNT field a clickable field that will then show the records from sheet (USPS_Open) that where hits?
