Change only numbers bold

I have a large sheet of job numbers and titles. Each cell has the number and title in it. I was asked to change all of the numbers bold and leave the title alone. I know I can go in and manually do this but I have hundreds of numbers and titles.

Even if there was a way to change the first 4 values in the cell to bold that would work!
