Macro to copy a range of dates based on matching criteria

I have a spreadsheet which holds test data on a group of my students. It also holds the group they were in when the tests were sat. When colleagues enter the test data they also input the date on which the data was entered into a summary table based on group.

I want to write a macro which, after the forename of a student is made active, (see example spreadsheet), copies the test data for this student to another worksheet (already have written a macro which does this) but then also looks up the group they were in in Y8 and then finds the dates for the tests and copies these across too, followed by the dates for the y9 tests.

Once the dates and tests are side by side on the new worksheet I want to sort the test scores and dates by ascending dates to provide the data for a graph.
