Excel 2007 : Creative design lacking within Excel Spreadsheet

Hello,

I have an Excel document that is pretty basic. It's just our logo, title of document, 8 subject and 8 blank fields next to the subject that will be required to fill in.

The document doesn't need to calculate anything, it's just an easier way for me to contol the fields. I need to spruce it up a bit and make it more appealing visually. Does anybody have any ideas or would you like to take a brain break and have play with it?

I can't seem to design documents to look good....and I want this one to look good. I wanted to have rounded borders, but couldn't figure that one out either.

Any help or directions would be appreciated. I am just looking for some help from the community to shore up my lack of Excel and design skills.
