help in changing identical values to certain colours

    Hi

I am after some help if possible. I have a spreadsheet that has a selected area where all cells have lists attached and they can choose a number of entries from a list. These entries have a certain background colour to them so market is pink so whenever market is selected the entry should turn pink.

I am using excel 2002, and for three of the list entries i have used conditional formatting, but it wont let me enter anymore.

Can anybody help me with my problem please?

    Kind regards

    Joe

Excel 2002 or Excel 2003 (as in profile) ?

In Excel 2003, you can only have 3 conditions, and the "default" setting.

You either need to upgrade to Excel 2007/2010 or use VBA.

Please post a sample workbook for a more specific respons.
