Find oldest record - based on another cell being empty (or not)

    See attached.

Asset Tag Date Type End of Service
    555 1/1/2000 Computer 5/5/2009
    666 2/2/2001 Apple 6/6/2009
    777 3/3/2004 Tree 7/7/2009
    888 5/5/2006 Car 8/8/2009
    999 6/6/2007 Computer

The oldest computer STILL IN SERVICE is:

B9 should read "(999) 6/6/2007" (without quotes) or "6/6/2007 (999)" without quotes. Ideally it would recognize that D6 does not have a date in it whereas D1, also a computer, does have a date in it.

MarvinP -- I replied to a different thread where you had helped me out with another complex formula - thanks again. Your solution was great. Thanks, too, Azam! I never even knew about a camera feature in Excel.
