Hello,
I want to return the MIN of all cells that meet a certain condition.
The data (or numbers) in column A, under certain criteria in column B, meet either the conditions for "Yes" or the conditions for "No." I want to return the MIN of only of the "Yes."
...If the numbers in A meet the conditions for B to return "Yes" then I want C to find the MIN of only "Yes".
Is there a way? ... Gotta be a way ... gotta be. Thanks!

Try:
=Min(If($B$1:$B$100="Yes",$A$1:$A$100))
confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER not just ENTER
similarly if you want MIN of "No" or you want MAX of "Yes" and/or "No".
adjust ranges to suit and re-confirm with CSE everytime you make a change to formula(s).
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Can I ask what ctrl+shift+enter does?
It tells Excel that you are entering an Array Formula.
