how to create the booking meeting by time table

i'm create a booking meeting room (5 room open for booking daily by time) then i want to know when i key in the booking info will it conflict with others, is yes will highlight it on remark column.
also can auto format the colour from the start time to end time on the time table there. This will give us easy to see the availale time can open for booking.
