    calculate "shifts remaining"

    Please see the attached file. I have a three shift operation, and a two shift operation. Is it possible to have cell H6 display a decimal, similar to cell H3, during the hours of 6AM and 10 PM? And during the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM only show a rounded number (because these lines don't have a third shift)?
