You paste a chart into Excel from where? What exactly do you mean by "chart"? A graph or a table of data?
Even if the cells show up as dates after pasting, can't you just re-format them as General?
By the way, specifying your profile location as "world" won't help much. This is not about spying you out, but about the regional settings you may be using, which will give the answerers here clues about what will work in your environment and what won't.

If you don't answer the questions asking for clarification, how do you expect to get help?
You can choose to obscure your location and any hints at what regional settings you are using.
You can choose not to answer questions that are aimed at finding out the nature of the problem.
If you choose to do so, don't be surprised when you don't get a solution to your question, though.
If you really need help with your issue, you need to provide more information. I've asked several questions above. What is your answer to these?
You may want to post a workbook that shows the issue you are facing, so we see the same thing that you see. Then we can try to find a solution that will work for your individual workbook.
If you only post words about what you see on your screen, that won't help us to solve the problem and it won't get a solution for you.
