how to set the conditional formatting like below:

start time 8:00 end time 12:00 will highlight the time table from 8:00 to 12:00 depand on the date and room too.

yes, is meet what i need, but the formula for me is very hard to understand it.

Then if got time conflict with same room can have a remark on booking list? like: Time Conflict

If there is a time conflict you should get higher number first (i.e. 3 then 1 instead of 1,2,3...)...

Except for last cell (15:00). Still must check why last cell don't work properly...

Enter several options and write your doubts then we'll troubleshoot together...
