    Conditional Formatting question

    I would like to highlight a cell when "current date" is within 30 days of a date value entered into an adjoining cell. Excel 2007.

    Thanks in advance!

    Re: Conditional Formatting question

    Select the range to format and go to Home|Conditional Format|New Rule

    Select use a formula to determine which cells to format from top area and enter formula

    =AND(Today()<=A1,Today()>=A1-30)

    where A1 is the adjoining cell of top most cell you selected to affect.

    Click format and choose from Fill tab.
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
